Cancelation Policy

  • Reservations for 1 - 4 Rooms or RV Sites 48 Hours notice before arrival date is required.
  • Reservations for 5 + Rooms or RV Sites 30 Days notice before arrival date is required.

Check In Time = 3:00 PM

Check Out Time = 11:00 AM

No Show Policy

  • We will attempt to confirm your reservation with the number you provided us.  Your valid credit card information and phone number constitutes a contract entered into to rent a room from us at the set price and we will make every attempt to fulfill that contract for you. 
  • If you do not show up for your reservation, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full amount of the room and nights reserved.
  • If we can re-sale the room for the same night and price, we reserve the right to not charge you.

Reservation Policy

  • Reservations may be made by calling the front desk at 208-776-5589 Sunday - Saturday 8:30am - 10:30pm.  Or by visiting us at the motel located at 359 E. Main Lava Hot Springs, ID 83246.  We do not offer on line reservations at this time.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • We will try to confirm your reservation with you, the week of the reservation, with the phone number you have provided.  If we get a message center we will leave a message with you.  We may try to text you if we have a cell number.
  • We do not offer confirmation numbers with reservations made, but guarantees on your reservation can be made with a credit card.
  • We do not charge your credit card at the time of making the reservation, and allow you to pay for the room with your desired method upon checking in.
  • If your room is guaranteed and confirmed we will hold your room until you get here.  Non guaranteed and confirmed rooms may be held until 4:00pm day of arrival.

Privacy Policy

  • We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of certain basic personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, and the dates and locations of hotel stays collected about our guests and prospective guests (Guest Information). We do not collect Guest Information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. We have adopted this Policy to guide how we use such Guest Information.

Security

  • The security of Guest Information is very important to us and we are committed to protecting the information we collect.  We collect Guest Information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes and comply with our legal obligations. We use reasonable efforts to make our collection of Guest Information consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. We exercise care in providing secure transmission and storage of information.

Pet Policy

  • We Charge a $25.00 pet charge per pet
  • All pets must be declared at time of reservation and at check-in.  This allows us to keep pets in pet specific rooms, and not affect other customers who may be allergic to pets.
  • We allow service pets at no charge.  Please provide documentation of such pets to assist us and other guests.
  • Pets may not be left in rooms unattended.  Pets left in rooms unattended must be in a crate or carrier.  Barking will not be tolerated.
  • In consideration to other guests, pets must always be on a leash and attended while outside on motel grounds.
  • Please be considerate to other guests while walking your pet on motel property, and please clean up after your pet.
  • If you fail to comply, and your unattended pet causes problems with employees or other guests you may be asked to leave.
  • We will charge for any damage done to the property or problems caused to another guest.
  • Animals that pose a health or safety risk may not remain onsite and include those that, in our managers' discretion, are too numerous for any one room, cause damage to our property or that of other guests, are too disruptive, are not properly attended, or demonstrate undue aggression.
